Appropriates $4,657,022.00 from special funds to the State Board of Medical Licensure for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $2,958,098.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits ($2,688,489.00), and vacancy funding ($269,609.00) for 32 permanent authorized positions plus 2 new headcounts (1 Attorney, 1 Public Relations).

Authorizes up to $600,000.00 in grant funding for the Mississippi Physician Health Program and $130,000.00 to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Requires the board to achieve performance targets including 100% online renewal rate, 100% individual license renewals within seven business days, and resolution of 90% of documented complaints within seven business days.

Provides $20,000.00 for computer repairs, replacement, and upgrades; authorizes cost recovery from license holders found in violation of statute; and takes effect July 1, 2025.
