Appropriates $5,308,814.00 from special funds to the Mississippi Board of Nursing for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $2,934,116.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits ($2,240,704.00), and vacancy funding ($693,412.00) for 40 permanent authorized positions.

Designates $1,560,000.00 for the Office of Nursing Workforce to administer the Nursing Workforce Program and promote educational infrastructure between nursing practice and education.

Allows up to $105,000.00 to be allocated to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Authorizes funding in accordance with a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mississippi Department of Health to assist with implementing the Medical Cannabis Act regarding registration and compliance monitoring.
