Appropriates $354,726.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Physical Therapy for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $221,771.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding for 3 permanent authorized positions.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as Fiscal Year 2025, and submit Fiscal Year 2027 budget requests in comparable format.

Prohibits transfer of personal services funds to other categories and restricts salary actions that would exceed the appropriated amount unless approved by the State Personnel Board and Department of Finance and Administration.

Directs the State Treasurer to pay funds by warrant issued by the State Fiscal Officer, and takes effect July 1, 2025.
