Appropriates $1,807,664.00 from the Real Estate License Fund to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $1,136,884.00 in special funds for personal services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits for 16 permanent authorized positions.

Requires the commission to maintain detailed accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2025 and submit future budget requests in comparable detail.

Directs the agency to comply with the Variable Compensation Plan under Mississippi Code Section 25-9-147 and prohibits exceeding appropriated personal services amounts without legislative approval.

Funds take effect July 1, 2025 and must be expended in compliance with state law regarding obligations and indebtedness limits.
