Appropriates $305,129.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $191,115.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits for 3 permanent authorized positions with no time-limited positions.

Requires $5,500.00 of the appropriated funds be used for upgrading and maintaining the Board's Licensing and Regulatory System (LARS) to a cloud-based system.

Establishes restrictions on fund transfers between categories and requires the State Personnel Board and Department of Finance and Administration to monitor salary actions to ensure compliance with appropriated amounts.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and requires the Board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2025.
