Appropriates $174,135.00 from the Mississippi Athletic Commission Fund for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $57,690.00 in special funds for personal services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits for one permanent authorized position.

Establishes that the Chairman of the Commission shall serve as ex officio recorder of permits and licenses and receive an annual salary of $43,060.00.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2025 and comply with personnel board regulations regarding salary expenditures and headcount management.

Mandates compliance with state procurement laws, prohibits obligations exceeding appropriations, and grants preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind in competitive bidding when terms are equal.
