Appropriates $23,883,545.00 from special funds in the State Treasury for the Public Employees' Retirement System's administrative expenses and building maintenance and operation for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $12,997,770.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding for 168 permanent authorized positions, with one new "Retirement Benefits" position authorized.

Designates $3,538,000.00 for computer system maintenance and upgrades, $300,000.00 for building maintenance and repair, and $2,824,250.00 for Tier 5 plan implementation.

Requires the Board of Trustees to webcast and record all board and committee meetings (excluding executive sessions) with archived footage posted on the agency website within 48 hours.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and establishes the Public Employees' Retirement System Building Repair and Maintenance Fund to collect rental income from the agency's building at 301 North President Street, Jackson.
