Increases the number of full-time legal assistants authorized in the Fourteenth Circuit Court District from 5 to 6 (reducing back to 5 effective January 1, 2026)

Increases the number of full-time legal assistants authorized in the Twenty-first Circuit Court District from 4 to 7 (increasing to 8 effective January 1, 2027)

Increases the number of full-time legal assistants authorized in the Twenty-second Circuit Court District from 3 to 4 (repeals January 1, 2031)

Repeals legal assistant authorizations for the Twenty-third Circuit Court District effective January 1, 2027

Changes authorization for criminal investigators in the Twenty-second Circuit Court District from the Twenty-third Circuit to the Twenty-second Circuit (effective through January 1, 2031)
