Appropriates $361,546.00 from the State General Fund and $344,758.00 from special funds to the Grand Gulf Military Monument Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $290,170.00 total for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding, with authorized headcount of 7 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions.

Designates $200,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for building and structures repairs at the Grand Gulf Military Monument.

Reappropriates $273,499.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for carryover expenditures previously authorized in HB 1781 from the 2024 regular session.

Establishes requirements for accounting records, motor vehicle compliance, procurement preferences for Mississippi Industries for the Blind, and expenditure limits consistent with appropriated amounts.
