Appropriates $8,932,663.00 in special funds to the State Oil and Gas Board for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $2,480,755.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding for 35 permanent authorized positions with zero time-limited positions.

Designates $2,300,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund specifically for orphan well plugging efforts.

Authorizes the State Oil and Gas Board to receive and expend up to $200,000.00 from any source for the Comprehensive Data Management Program in accordance with Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Requires the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025 and restricts personal services funds from being transferred to other expenditure categories.
