Commemorates the life and service of Winfred Jerome "Win" Crane, Assistant Sergeant at Arms for the Mississippi House of Representatives, who passed away on April 18, 2025.

Recognizes Mr. Crane's 21-year tenure serving the Mississippi House from 2004 until his death, as well as his prior careers as a draftsman for Siemens Corporation and owner of a janitorial services company.

Acknowledges his personal qualities including his generosity, humility, kindness, and talents as a self-taught chef, music lover, and car enthusiast who brought people together.

Expresses deepest sympathy to his surviving family members, including siblings Dianne Marie Brown, Sheila Renee Crane, and David Elgin Crane, along with eight nieces and nephews and extended relatives.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to the Crane family and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
