Appropriates $7,887,984.00 from the State General Fund for Alcorn State University Agricultural Research, Extension, and Land-Grant Programs for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $335,000.00 in special source funds from the Education Enhancement Fund, allocated as $170,000.00 for Agency Operations and $165,000.00 for the Poultry Sciences Academic Research Center.

Allocates $300,000.00 of general funds for the Poultry Sciences Academic Research Center and $715,000.00 for Agricultural Research and Extension programs including poultry science, animal science, and environmental science.

Prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for salaries.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
