Appropriates $24,543,567.00 from the State General Fund for the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $10,495,120.00 in special source funds for the Experiment Station, with $1,350,000.00 derived from the Education Enhancement Fund.

Establishes performance targets for three research areas: Plant Systems (29.78 scientist FTE, 227 publications), Animal Systems (26.09 scientist FTE, 263 publications), and Health & Sustainable Communities (43.10 scientist FTE, 212 publications).

Prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for salary authorization and requires reporting on performance measures in the fiscal year 2027 budget request.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
