Appropriates $6,125,844.00 from the State General Fund and $63,149,800.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Community College Board for administrative expenses for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 43 permanent positions for the Community College Board and specifies that $50,831,802.00 is designated for the Workforce Education Program and Industrial Training.

Allocates $30,000,000.00 from transferred postsecondary vocational and technical funds from the Mississippi Department of Education for day-to-day operations of postsecondary career and technical education.

Provides $542,459.00 for the Greenville Higher Education Center, $37,626.00 for geospatial site licenses, and $450,000.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund to reimburse community colleges for High School Equivalency test fees (GED and HiSET) at no cost to test-takers.

Establishes that $806,000.00, $574,386.00, $2,500,000.00, $2,444,914.00, and $125,000.00 shall be derived from various specified sources including the Education Enhancement Fund, Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration funds, and fees from the Workforce Online Training Program.
