Appropriates $227,653,510.00 from the State General Fund for operation and support of Mississippi's 15 public community and junior colleges for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026).

Appropriates an additional $65,785,786.00 from special funds, including $64,785,786.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund, for community college operations.

Allocates funds through a support formula based on full-time equivalency (FTE) enrollment with weighted multipliers for academic (1.0), technical (1.0), career (1.0), associate degree nursing (1.19), and allied health (1.19) programs.

Designates specific funding amounts for employee life and health insurance ($30,809,166.00), workforce and economic development ($6,750,000.00), education technology ($10,000,000.00), career and technical advantage programs ($10,000,000.00), and dropout recovery initiatives ($3,000,000.00).

Establishes performance targets for fiscal year 2026 including degree awards, student success rates, nursing licensure exam pass rates (94.44%), and high school equivalencies awarded (3,836).
