Appropriates $1,800,000.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Appropriates $138,002,496.00 from the Employment Security Administration Fund, including $33,047,000.00 from the Unemployment Trust Fund for One-Stop Career Centers, unemployment compensation administration, automation, and building acquisition/improvements.

Authorizes $30,094,316.00 in special funds for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding for 407 permanent and 46 time-limited positions.

Appropriates $20,517,897.00 in general funds and $59,345,000.00 in special source funds to the Office of Workforce Development for operating expenses, Career Coaching Program ($15,600,000.00), workforce training initiatives, and various workforce development partnerships.

Requires the Department of Employment Security and Office of Workforce Development to maintain detailed accounting and personnel records consistent with fiscal year 2025 standards and submit comparable budget requests for fiscal year 2027.
