Appropriates $754,641.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 6 permanent positions for the Commission with no time-limited positions.

Requires the Commission to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025, and submit fiscal year 2027 budget requests in comparable format.

Directs preference for purchases from Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal in price, quality, and service.

Authorizes the Commission to purchase and pay premiums for casualty insurance on agency-owned passenger vehicles.
