Appropriates $887,141.00 from the State General Fund and $111,769.00 from the Commission on Judicial Performance's treasury account for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 6 permanent positions for the Commission on Judicial Performance.

Allocates $140,000.00 specifically for employing a qualified attorney to audit, investigate, and monitor Youth Courts operations.

Requires the Commission to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025 and submit future budget requests in comparable format.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
