Appropriates $235,736,074.00 to the Office of State Aid Road Construction for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $5,257,310.00 in special funds for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding for 54 permanent and 0 time-limited positions.

Designates $55,000,000.00 for the Local System Bridge Program (LSBP) to replace structurally deficient bridges.

Authorizes up to $500,000.00 from Mississippi Development Authority reimbursements for administrative and engineering services to political subdivisions.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting records at the same level of detail as fiscal year 2025 and achieve specified performance targets including 75 state aid projects let to contract and 85 bridges replaced or repaired.
