Appropriates $330,227.00 in special funds to the State Board of Funeral Services for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $135,614.00 of appropriated funds for Personal Services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits for 2 permanent authorized positions.

Restricts transfers of Personal Services funds to other categories and requires State Personnel Board to monitor salary actions to ensure they do not exceed the appropriated amount when annualized.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025, and to submit fiscal year 2027 budget requests in comparable format.

Directs preference for purchases to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal in price, quality, and service, and requires compliance with state law prohibiting obligations exceeding appropriations.
