Appropriates $144,816.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Board of Registered Professional Geologists for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $103,219.00 in special funds for personal services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits for 1 permanent authorized headcount position.

Requires the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2025 and submit fiscal year 2027 budget requests with comparable detail.

Establishes restrictions preventing the agency from exceeding appropriated personal services funds without legislative approval and prohibits using general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds.

Effective July 1, 2025.
