Authorizes 2 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board.

Allocates $100,000.00 of the appropriated funds specifically for expenses related to updating the Licensing Management System.

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025, with comparable budget request submissions to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
