Appropriates $4,319,483.00 from special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $1,281,818.00 in special funds for personal services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits with an authorized headcount of 18 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions.

Authorizes the board to expend up to $2,300,000.00 for enforcement activities, private collection firm services, and administrative collection costs, subject to performance audit if requested by Appropriations Committee chairs.

Authorizes escalation of funds not to exceed $62,000.00 for increased lease agreements, advertising, and licensing costs in compliance with Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records comparable to fiscal year 2025 and mandates the fiscal year 2027 budget request follow the same format and detail level as the fiscal year 2026 request process.
