Appropriates $1,294,921.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $694,646.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits for 8 permanent authorized positions.

Requires the board to allocate up to $27,000.00 to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy to support the Mississippi Prescription Monitoring Program.

Establishes restrictions on personnel actions, fund transfers, and salary adjustments to ensure expenditures do not exceed appropriated amounts unless new programs or positions are authorized by the legislature.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
