Appropriates $4,154,101.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $2,799,541.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits ($2,444,590.00), and vacancy funding ($354,951.00) with authorized headcount of 21 permanent positions and 1 new attorney position.

Establishes performance targets for licensure (100% of licenses issued within ten business days, 100% of renewals within two business days), compliance investigations, and prescription monitoring program registration at 100% for physicians, APRNs, and pharmacists.

Authorizes the Board of Pharmacy to escalate up to $500,000.00 from its budget for compliance examinations and regulatory oversight under the Pharmacy Benefit Prompt Pay Act.

Permits the Board to accept and expend funds from other state agencies to support the Prescription Monitoring Program.
