Appropriates $9,588,715.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $19,951,804.00 in special source funds for the department's operations, including the Agriculture and Forestry Museum and Dixie National Rodeo.

Authorizes 222 permanent and 13 time-limited employee positions with total personal services funding of $15,213,636.00, including $693,626.00 in vacancy funding.

Allocates $1,100,000.00 for the Beaver Control Program, $750,000.00 for the Agriculture and Forestry Museum operations, and $1,410,350.00 for capital infrastructure projects including Kirk Fordice Equine Center improvements and State Fairgrounds repairs.

Establishes performance targets for fiscal year 2026 covering plant industry inspections, museum attendance, regulatory activities, marketing outreach, and fairgrounds operations.
