Appropriates $1,200,000 from the State Department of Agriculture and Commerce special fund for the Dixie National Livestock Show at the State Fairgrounds in Jackson for fiscal year 2026.

Appropriates $64,890 from the State General Fund for annual roundup shows for junior exhibitors of steers, cattle, hogs, sheep, and goats.

Appropriates $22,000 to supplement livestock premiums at the State Fair and $30,000 for county livestock shows, with a maximum of $2,000 per county per year.

Appropriates $65,000 for five district livestock shows and $8,500 for five state dairy shows, with at least 75% of funds directed to 4-H Club members and Smith-Hughes School members.

Appropriates $14,150 for Mississippi High School Rodeo national finals expenses, $12,000 for Junior High School Rodeo national finals, and $50,000 for the Southern Cutting Futurity Championship.
