Appropriates $1,913,967.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Board of Animal Health for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $1,287,795.00 in special source funds for the Board of Animal Health for the same fiscal period.

Allocates $2,131,775.00 total for personal services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits, with authorized permanent headcount of 23 and time-limited headcount of 5.

Designates $450,000.00 from the Animal Health Disaster Response Fund for expenses related to animal disease outbreak responses.

Authorizes the Board of Animal Health to accept and expend grants, donations, and contributions up to $500,000.00 in federal fund escalations for operational costs.
