Appropriates $9,546,428.00 from the State General Fund for Mississippi National Guard operating expenses for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Appropriates $164,024,593.00 from multiple special funds (Camp Shelby Timber Fund, Army National Guard Programs Fund, Camp Shelby Base Operations Fund, and Air National Guard Programs Fund) for carrying out applicable statutes and federal/state agreements.

Authorizes 886 permanent and 27 time-limited positions for the Mississippi National Guard within the appropriated funds.

Allocates specific funds for Youth Challenge Program ($2,339,614.00), Armed Forces Military Museum at Camp Shelby ($663,124.00), Sonny Montgomery Center for America's Veterans ($300,000.00), and Youth Challenge Program uniforms ($10,000.00).

Appropriates $6,000,000.00 from Capital Expense Fund for Amory Readiness Center and $1,000,000.00 for Youth Challenge Academy renovations and upgrades, plus $1,600,000.00 reappropriation for Youth Challenge facilities improvements.
