Appropriates $5,674,437.00 from the State General Fund and $3,629,604.00 from special funds for the State Veterans Affairs Board for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Appropriates $6,357,359.00 from the State General Fund and $54,539,660.00 from special funds for the Mississippi State Veterans Homes for fiscal year 2026.

Authorizes 40 permanent and 25 time-limited positions for the Veterans Affairs Board, with $4,667,254.00 allocated for personal services including salaries and fringe benefits.

Authorizes 265 permanent and 317 time-limited positions for the Mississippi State Veterans Homes with personnel and operating expense funding.

Designates $250,000.00 to provide care for indigent/low-income Mississippi veterans and surviving spouses in state veterans homes, allocates $375,000.00 for replacement of the Gulf War Memorial, and provides $6,000,000.00 for start-up costs at the Tradition State Veterans Home.
