Appropriates $15,146,621.00 from the State General Fund to the Office of the Secretary of State for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $18,863,565.00 in special source funds for the Secretary of State, including $1,750,000.00 for the Land Records Maintenance Fund, $4,215,393.00 for the Elections Support Fund, and $6,390,440.00 for the Public Trust Tidelands Fund to be transferred to the Department of Marine Resources.

Allocates $7,842,078.00 for personal services (salaries, wages, and fringe benefits) with authorized headcount of 97 permanent and 11 time-limited positions.

Designates $1,000,000.00 for cybersecurity and election integrity expenses, $1,108,000.00 for the Statewide Elections Management System replacement and support, and $6,299,732.00 for the Broadwater Marina Restoration Project.

Reappropriates $3,977,000.00 in State General Funds for systems updates and upgrades authorized in prior legislation, and allocates $208,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for office relocation expenses.
