Appropriates $6,164,999.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Appropriates an additional $25,000.00 to the Second Injury Fund (Fund Number 3352300000) for payments under Section 71-3-73, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Allocates $5,000,826.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding for 55 permanent authorized headcount positions.

Requires the commission to enter into a contract with the private sector to implement a safety education and training program.

Establishes performance targets for case resolution timelines, self-insurer reviews, and medical cost containment measures to be reported in the fiscal year 2027 budget request.
