Appropriates $6,808,433.00 to the State Treasurer's Office for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) from special funds collected or available.

Allocates $3,569,544.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding to support 37 permanent authorized headcount positions.

Appropriates $35,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition Trust Fund for prepaid tuition contract payments, with authorization to use up to $1,000,000.00 from program funds.

Appropriates $150,000.00 to the Education Improvement Trust Fund No. 3219 for investment purposes.

Requires the State Treasurer to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025 and prohibits use of funds for attorney's fees or payments to relatives within the third degree of employing officials.
