Appropriates $3,206,626.00 from the State General Fund for expenses of the Governor's Office, staff, and Governor's Mansion for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Appropriates an additional $637,372.00 from Special Funds in the State Treasury to the credit of the Governor's Office for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 46 total positions: 39 permanent positions and 7 time-limited positions, with escalations to be made according to law.

Requires the Executive Department to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2025, and to submit the fiscal year 2027 budget request in comparable format.

Directs preference be given to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment if bids are equal in price, quality, and service.
