Reappropriates $40,805,677 in Gulf Coast Restoration Fund money to the Mississippi Development Authority for fiscal year 2026 for 24 coastal community and infrastructure projects, including commercial district improvements, harbor restoration, road construction, and technology center development.

Reappropriates $27,896,595 for fiscal year 2026 for downtown redevelopment projects in Gulf Coast cities including Gulfport, Pass Christian, Biloxi, and Waveland, plus technology parks and export railroad infrastructure.

Reappropriates $28,631,018 for fiscal year 2026 for major projects including the Mississippi Cyber Center ($13.5 million), University of Southern Mississippi Ocean Enterprise, and various local infrastructure improvements.

Reappropriates $16,941,340 for fiscal year 2026 for projects recommended by the department and those meeting statutory criteria, including Port of Pascagoula rail connector ($6.6 million) and Institute for Marine Mammal Studies facility.

Reappropriates $3,500,000 for fiscal year 2026 for the Air Service Development Incentive Program ($2.5 million) and Quality of Place Incentives Program ($1 million) administered by the Mississippi Development Authority; effective July 1, 2025.
