Increases the number of chancellors in Mississippi's Third Chancery Court District from two to three, effective January 1, 2027

Adds a "Place Three" chancellorship requiring the judge to reside in Carroll, Grenada, Montgomery, Panola, Tallahatchie, Tate, or Yalobusha County

Modifies the district composition effective January 1, 2027, adding Carroll County and Tallahatchie County while removing DeSoto County from the district

Establishes candidate filing deadlines for the new Place Three position: February 2, 2026 if the Governor approves by January 23, 2026, or May 1, 2026 if approved later

Requires the Place Three election to occur in the November 2026 general election for judicial officers regardless of which filing deadline applies
