Appropriates $500,000 from the State General Fund to the City of Gulfport, Mississippi for repairs, renovations, upgrades, and improvements to park areas at four facilities during fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Allocates $125,000 each to Jack and Florence Goldin Sportsplex, 19th Street Community Center, Gaston Point Recreation Center, and 28th Street Park and Pavilion

Funds will be disbursed by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer following proper requisition procedures

Effective date is July 1, 2026
