Prohibits knowingly owning, operating, installing, building, selling, or trading vehicles containing false or secret compartments designed to conceal persons, controlled substances, or contraband from law enforcement

Defines "false or secret compartment" broadly to include modified fuel tanks, altered factory equipment, or added compartments in cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles, bicycles, aircraft, boats, and other vessels

Allows criminal intent to be inferred if a compartment is found concealing contraband or shows evidence of previous concealment of persons, drugs, or other contraband

Penalties include fines up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment of 1-2 years in Mississippi Department of Corrections custody

Law enforcement may seize license tags and registration from vehicles in violation, issuing 30-day temporary tags until the owner demonstrates the vehicle has been repaired and is compliant
