Amends the FY 2022 appropriation from the Capital Expense Fund totaling $97,568,800 to the Department of Finance and Administration for various local projects across Mississippi.

Revises the purpose of funding for Ocean Springs from paving sidewalks "on beaches" to simply paving sidewalks, removing the beach-specific restriction on $1,000,000 in allocated funds.

Clarifies language throughout by adding "the" before various recipient names including VFW Post 3806 in Eupora, the City of Rolling Fork, and the Department of Finance and Administration.

Maintains all other project allocations unchanged, including $10,200,000 for DFA property acquisition on Greymont Street in Jackson, $5,000,000 for the Vicksburg Levee Street Road Truck Route, and $5,000,000 for MSU Kinesiology Building improvements.
