Prohibits Mississippi courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies from enforcing any foreign law that violates the U.S. Constitution, Mississippi Constitution, or state and federal laws, with any such orders declared void

Voids contract provisions in marriage or parent-child relationships that apply foreign law or designate foreign forums if doing so would violate fundamental constitutional rights

Redefines "foreign judgment" to exclude any judgment from jurisdictions outside the United States or its territories, as well as judgments from other U.S. states that apply foreign law

Limits full faith and credit for paternity determinations to those made within U.S. jurisdictions only, excluding foreign paternity adjudications

Takes effect July 1, 2026
