Addresses IT-related functions across multiple government areas including voter registration systems, emergency communications (911), bond advisory services, state accounting systems, and various licensing and regulatory databases.

Maintains existing requirements for state agencies to cooperate with MDITS on technology planning, procurement approvals, and efforts to minimize duplication and reduce costs in common technology services.
