Increases the maximum fine for first-time procurement of prostitution from $200 to $1,000, while maintaining the maximum penalty of six months in county jail

Raises the maximum fine for second or subsequent procurement offenses from $1,000 to $2,000, with existing penalties of up to two years imprisonment remaining unchanged

Adds a mandatory 100 hours of community service for all persons convicted of procuring prostitution services

Existing enhanced penalties for cases involving minors under 18 remain unchanged: 5-30 years imprisonment and/or $50,000-$500,000 in fines

Takes effect July 1, 2026
