Authorizes issuance of up to $5,450,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund three stormwater infrastructure projects in Natchez, Mississippi

Allocates $2,550,000 for the Roselawn Subdivision Stormwater Infrastructure project, $1,600,000 for the West Stiers Lane Stormwater Infrastructure project, and $1,300,000 for the Concord Avenue Stormwater Infrastructure project

Creates the "2026 City of Natchez Stormwater Infrastructure Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030, and the act takes effect July 1, 2026
