Reconstitutes the Polygraph Examiners Board as the "Polygraph and Computer Voice Stress Analyzer Examiners Board," requiring at least one member to be a supervisor of both polygraph and CVSA sections at the Department of Public Safety

Establishes identical licensing requirements for CVSA examiners as polygraph examiners, including age 21+, U.S. citizenship, completion of an approved CVSA course, six months internship, and $5,000 surety bond or insurance

Prohibits results from polygraph examinations, computer voice stress analyzer examinations, or truth examinations from being introduced as evidence in court proceedings
