Appropriates $2,263,275 from the State General Fund to the City of Natchez for the Concord Avenue Drainage Improvement Project for fiscal year 2027

Project includes removal of existing surface, excavation, lowering street elevation, adding granular material and asphalt surface, and installing curb, gutter, and drainage pipes to direct storm runoff underground to a natural drainage stream

Construction divided into three phases: Phase I at $829,660, Phase II at $716,807.50, and Phase III at $716,807.50

Takes effect July 1, 2026
