Creates the Mississippi Jenna's Law Task Force to study whether coroners should list Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy Patients (SUDEP) as a cause of death and report such deaths to the National SUDEP Registry

Task force membership includes the State Medical Examiner, President of the Mississippi Coroners & Medical Examiner Association, President of the Mississippi Sheriffs' Association, Chair of the Mississippi Epilepsy Foundation Board, and State Health Officer

Task force must meet at least monthly, provide monthly reports to the Legislature, and submit a final report with recommendations and any proposed legislation by December 1, 2027, at which point it dissolves

Members serve without compensation but may receive mileage and expense reimbursement; the Mississippi Department of Health provides staff and support

Appointments must be made within 30 days of the act's effective date, with organizational meeting to follow within 15 days thereafter
