Adds the Corinth School District to the list of organizations eligible for distinctive Mississippi license plates, joining 39 other entities including schools, nonprofits, and civic organizations

Requires a $30 annual additional fee for the distinctive license tag, paid on top of standard vehicle taxes and registration fees

Distributes the $30 fee as follows: $24 to the Corinth School District, $2 retained by the county tax collector, $2 to the State Highway Fund, $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1 to a special motor vehicle fund

Effective date is July 1, 2026
