Creates the Mississippi Heroes Support Fund in the State Treasury, administered by the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety, funded through speeding fines, donations, and accrued interest.

Allows first-time speeding violators to pay an optional additional $100 fine to have their conviction dismissed, with the money deposited into the Heroes Support Fund.

Distributes all fund monies evenly by December 31 each year to full-time certified law enforcement officers who have completed at least one year of service and are in good standing with their agency.

Requires all municipal, county, and state law enforcement agencies to obtain accreditation from the Mississippi Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission by December 31, 2029 to receive fund distributions after January 1, 2030.

Takes effect July 1, 2026.
