Creates the Mississippi Heroes Support Fund in the State Treasury, administered by the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety, funded by 50% of fines and assessments from specific statutes, donations, and accrued interest

Provides annual supplemental pay distributed evenly by December 31 each year to all full-time certified law enforcement officers with at least one year of service who are in good standing

Requires officers to not be suspended, reprimanded, or have certification recalled/cancelled within the previous 12 months as of October 1 to qualify for distribution

Mandates all municipal, county, and state law enforcement agencies obtain accreditation from the Mississippi Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission by December 31, 2029 to participate

Beginning January 1, 2030, fund distributions will be restricted exclusively to officers employed by accredited law enforcement agencies
