Appropriates $1,525,000 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security for the Mississippi Search and Rescue Program for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Allocates $750,000 for the WMD Program, LEO Task Force, and US&R Program

Provides $175,000 each to MS Task Force 1, 2, and 3 (totaling $525,000) for urban search and rescue equipment acquisition, repair, and maintenance

Designates $100,000 for search and rescue training at the Meridian Public Safety Training Facility

Sets aside $150,000 for US&R equipment repair, maintenance, and response costs for Type I Team Development
